- To communicate with you about bookings, requests, and applications, usually via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- To prepare and submit government, immigration, or licensing paperwork on your behalf, where you have engaged us for that service.

How we protect your information
We limit access to personal information, including government and immigration documents, to the team members who need it to complete your request. Documents submitted to government departments are shared only as required to complete the specific application you have asked us to handle.

We may share information with the relevant Cayman Islands government department or agency when submitting an application on your behalf, or with trusted transport and delivery partners when needed to complete a booking. We do not share government or immigration documents for any purpose beyond the service you requested.
